Why I Practice Acupuncture

My journey began five years ago when I had a sports injury that caused fractures in my back. Modern, western practices at the time recommended intense pharmaceuticals to manage my pain but I wanted to find a more natural solution. This is when I found acupuncture and I began to experience how transformative it could be, not only for my pain but for so many other health issues of mine. Inspired by the balance it brought to my own life, I’ve dedicated my career to guiding others through their healing journey.

Outside the Clinic

When I’m not working with patients, you can find me spending time outdoors, being active (in the gym or on a hike), cooking nourishing meals, enjoying a glass of wine (or local craft beer), and spending time with my friends, family, or my pup, Hawk. I am also an avid traveler and enjoy immersing myself in different cultures and countries.
